Application Sheet Application: Electric Resistor Grids In Electric Golf Carts Product: Refractory Sheet Type RS-100 Application Information: ZIRCAR supplies Refractory Sheet Type RS-100 for use as electrical resistor boards in electric golf carts. RS-100 acts as high temperature thermal and electrical insulation directly replacing asbestos-containing Transite in this application. ZIRCAR provides custom machined parts for this customer. Benefits: RS-100 has good electrical resistivity, good mechanical strength, excellent compressive strength and contains no asbestos. RS-100 gives long life performance as the resistor grid. Dimensions: 6.673" H x 3.813" W x 1/4" Thick with 8 thru holes.
